About the Scheme
Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar & Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) (VB-G RAM G) is a scheme aimed at strengthening employment and livelihood opportunities in rural areas and creating greater economic security for rural households.
The scheme gives importance to activities related to employment, livelihood development, rural infrastructure development and conservation of natural resources within the jurisdiction of Edappally Block Panchayat.

To provide employment opportunities to rural households and improve income and livelihood security through work.

To promote sustainable livelihood opportunities through agriculture, allied activities and natural resource-based activities.

To promote the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources such as water, soil and greenery.
